  • Eunoia experiences cater to those eager to explore a new way of travel. Our international community comprises forward-thinkers and dreamers, all united by the desire to live differently and embrace well-being in every journey.

    • Room Options: If you're planning to book together, select the 'Shared Room' option twice. Solo travelers can choose the 'Shared Room' option as well, and we'll pair you with a like-minded fellow traveler.

    • Payment Choices: You have the flexibility to either hold your reservation with a deposit or pay in full. The deposit is 500 EUR. The remaining balance should be settled no later than 60 days before your experience begins.

    • Confirmation and Welcome: Once your booking is complete, we'll send you an official confirmation and a welcome email, which includes all the essential information for your journey.

  • The price covers your stay and the experience, which includes a range of activities and workshops.

    Airfare and transportation are not included but on request you can book a transfer from the airport in Bali. Additional services like day trips and massages are extra and can be arranged during your stay.

  • Absolutely! Our retreat welcomes solo travelers, friends, and partners. The experience is designed to be enriching and transformative for everyone, regardless of who you come with. The key to a rewarding experience is an open mind and a willingness to connect. We foster a community atmosphere where interaction and forming new friendships are an integral part of the experience.

  • Yes, we can help you plan day trips and other experiences on the island during your stay, but please note that these are not included in the price of the retreat.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to ensure that you have all the information you need regarding our cancellation policy.

    Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:

    • Within 24h: Should you change your mind within 24 hours of booking, we'll cancel your reservation without any fees.

    • Early Cancellation: For cancellations made over 60 days before your experience begins, a fee of 30% of your booking cost applies.

    • Last-Minute Changes: Unfortunately, cancellations within 60 days of your adventure's start date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

    To safeguard your investment, we strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance.
